Rates
- Rates are subject to change without advance notice, they are published included VAT.
- The local tax is charged in supplement / pers / night.
Validation of booking
For the reservation of your stay to be confirmed, we ask you as a guarantee for a credit card number with expiry date. Depending on the offer chosen, you may be asked to prepay an amount of your reservation as a deposit. The deposit is refunded in the event of cancellation within the stipulated time (see conditions below).
Giving credit card details or sending a deposit commits the customer to the hotelkeeper
and implies its general acceptance of the conditions of sale.
Conditions of cancellation
Bookings made under the flexible offer: in case of cancellation or no show :
Free if the cancellation is made 48 hours in advance (2 days).
If the cancellation is made less than two days before the arrival date, for a stay of less than three nights, a night will be charged to you, and 30 % of the amount of the stay beyond 3 nights.
Bookings made under the offer of unchangeable and none-refundable :
No refund is made. The total amount of the stay is debited at the time of the reservation, except breakfast and tourist tax.
Shortened stay :
For any interruption of the stay booked idrectly with us, the hotel will charge a night's value, and at most 30 % of the remaining amount of the stay.
Arrival time / Departure time
- You are invited to appear at our reception at the latest at 8:00 pm, or to contact us that very day to confirm your coming, otherwise the room could be relet.
- We try to ensure your room is available as soon as possible upon your arrival. Please note that the guaranteed time for the room to be ready is from 3:00 pm.
- Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please note that failing to keep to this time of departure can result in the invoicing of an additional night.
Diverse conditions
- All extra cost (phone, bar…) must be settled on site before the departure.
- For lack of payment of these services, these costs will be charged on the card number provided.
- The hotel is non-smoking. The non compliance of this law will cost a minimum of a 100-euros. We also save ourselves the possibility of interrupting the stay in case of recurrence. Also in case of responsibility for an inconvenient release of the fire alarm, we shall charge the cost of intervention of a technician of maintenance for the delivery in service of the fire detecting system.
- The hotel is free of any obligation in case of an event of force majeure, or coincidence, would arise (strike, set on fire, water damage…).
- According to the data protection act of January 6th, 1978, the information concerning you will remain accessible and modifiable.
- In case of dispute : after having contacted customer service and following a lack of satisfactory response within a period of 60 days, the client can approach the French Tourism and Travel ombudsman as follows : Tourism and Travel Ombudsman : MTV Médiation Tourisme et Voyage BP 80303 – 75823 PARIS CEDEX 17, FRANCE - email : info@mtv.travel - details: http://www.mtv.travel. Referral to the Mediator can be made within twelve (12) months after the first complaint.
